Most of my writing involves no quantitative tracking at all, but there are two pieces that do: deadlines and timelines. Below are my current trackers for each (as of ~6 months before publication; things will definitely change).

This table doesn't spark joy. I hate timelines, as you can tell by how incomplete this is. I reserve the right to mess with this timeline even after publication lol.
